I have the kinect dash and I put in dance masters and it is asking me to update since it is required. I have LT 1.1 and I wanted to know if this is safe. I don't know what the current status is.

if you already have the kinnect dash I doubt you will be doing any more damage and as that is a legit disk I doubt you will be flagged but just in case I suggest you update

please if your asking about xbox 360 firmware, LT+, how to cut and solder, what drive you have and such check this PDF file

It's my backup disc with ssv2. Not a retail. Thats why I wanted to be sure.

You need to update to version LT+ and that disk needs patching with AP2.5, the new ABGX360 1.0.5 will automatically patch for you. Since you've already updated to the kinnect dash you might be flagged for banning soon.
