Dashboard update before or after flashing to LT+?

I need to know whether I should update my dashboard (Using an USB drive) BEFORE flashing to LT + 1.1 or AFTER flashin to LT+1.1?

I don't think it really matters, but I would flash after the update if you're flashing a stock drive just to be safe(r).

My drive was already flashed so I flashed then used NFS Hot Pursuit to do the update. No issue.

still its good to update to 12611 dashboard and then flash LT+ for extra protection
