Hello, Im having trouble updating my xbox 360 dash and now I cannot use it.

My Xbox has LT+ 1.9. I was using a FIFA12 backup for the first time and it needed an update to the dash. I accepted and when the console restarted it stated "unable to install the update, please reinsert the disc."

Now, I cant even use the console its locked in this step even with reboots.

How can I install the new dash or abort the installation?

you have to flash back to stock firmware for the drive your using as the new update flashes your firmware to a different revision, then it will update no probs, then flash again with new LT. theres alot of problems like play dvd and open tray as iv found out myself!!
