hi I have a couple of xbox 360 which boot up to a development kit screen does anyone know how I can remove that and get it to boot normal again would I need to flash the motherboard

Why would you want to remove the dev kit? Those units are hard to come by and go for a nice chunk of $$$ if they are in working condition. Dev kits can run home-brew allowing you to run some nice stuff on it that a normal 360 cant.
