This drive has the open tray error and ive tried everything to get it to work. but the disc isnt spinning. is this normal for the open tray error?

anyway to fix this?

is it that same drive you are having problems with in the other 4 threads? or is it the new drive you decided to spoof? You are making too many threads and making it confusing to follow/diganose your problem.
