Well, it happened again. Last time it happened was about 2 years ago. It kinda sucked but I handled it. Sent it to MS for 2 weeks and they sent me a new unit... and it happened again.

So now it's not opening, but ONLY WHEN IT'S VERTICAL. When it's Horizontal it works fine. Should I just send it to MS now or attempt some sort of fix that won't completely ruin everything?
