I recently decided to download and burn Arkham Asylum and WET. I did nothing different then what I have been doing for the past year. But for some reason these 2 keep giving me disk read error. Very rarely will they work, and when they do they work 100%. I re-burned them and the same problem. Help?

What about other games, how are they working? Like originals or backups?

All my orignals are perfectly fine. Its the backups that don't work very well. Like I can try Fight Night Round 4 and Borderlands, those work 100%. But Arkham Asylum and WET are not working at all

Hmmm, did they verify alright? Also, are you using a different media? Different disc brand? Even if its the same brand say like Verbatim they are made in different places resulting in different quality.
