if u have the via 6421a chipset and 520c drivers do u still need to install portio32 to flash in dos? what is it needed for anyway i have vista 32 bit

Im pretty sure you don't if you flash in dos.

PortIO is needed to see 360 drives in Windows through Jungle Flasher.
