Does a flashed liteon drive still need Ck3 probe to install LT?

Hi

I have a liteon drive thats been flashed with an older version of ixtreme that doesnt read the latest games (even with the boot disk thingy)..



If i attempted to flash the drive with the latest LT would i need a probe or something to extract the drive key? Im getting confusing messages from various ppl. Some say yes you do need a probe others say that if its been flashed already you just flash it as per usual and you dont need to extract the key via a probe.

I don't have the Drive Key as i bought it from ghost2fitters flashed. and they didnt send me any data.


I have downloaded jungleflasher and ixtreme LT. The Lt has a file with it that says original bin....do i flash it with that, get all the updates and then flash it with LT?

You can still obtain the info through Jungle Flasher on a flashed LiteOn. Check out my tutorial in my signature called FLASHED LiteOn. You can get all the info over SATA.

Also just a quick question, ive downloaded Litetouch folder Its Got the LT firmware and its got Liteon orig bin files...am i to assume that im supposed to flash the 360 with the liteon orig (i assume is original liteon firmware) get all the updates and Then use the I extreme litetouch?

A quick question to leerage so when im following your guide do i put the orig bin files in the jungleflasher firmware folder? Also do i have to rename them or anything?
