i have an xbox 360 XBR3 with the 8955 update running on it. I want to update to the new freeBOOt 9199 but i relised i need my original nand image to succesfully do this. i dont have a PC with LPT port at the moment. Pls i urgently an need original nand image or another method of obtaining my original image without using the LPT cable. Pls i need help. Pls post me a link of where i can get the original nand image. thanks in advance

Is there a specific reason you want to update to 9199? Because it's not necessary, if you didn't already know.

But if you want to update, boot in to Xell and get your cpu key (if you don't already have it) and use Flash360 to make a backup of your nand. Then you can use those to build a freeboot image.

i already got my cpu key and i used flash360 to get my current nand file. can i use that to get my original nand? plus i forgot..my board is falcon...sorry abt dat.

i want to try out playing on xlink with my console and i need the 9199 update so dat i can fix the 30ms ping issue. pls help me out

Yes, you can use your new dump instead of your original nand dump, I lost my original on one of mine and had to do the same.

i built the freeboot from the XBr image. i hope i can use Xlink now.

As long as you have Dashlaunch it'll work. If so, all you do is drop the 30ms file on to the root of your hdd.

how can i confirm that i have dashlaunch? i followed a tut online and did what was there. if i am right successsfully installing dashlaucnh boots your 360 to xexmenu or fsd. if dats true ,then i got it right. i also dropped in the 30ms file. i still cant get xlink to work right.

any advice plss?
