Alright so, I'm gonna flash my drive soon. At first i thought i had a Thomson drive, but when i took off the faceplate and looked in the little dvd hole, it had one yellow wire on the left side and that was it. So from what i've read on here, thats a lite-on right?

How do you determine a thomson? I won't be able to open my xbox up for a couple days

That link doesn't have a lite-on :P

If it looks like a BenQ, but has a yellow wire, it's a lite-on

Yellow = Lite-ON
White = BenQ
Red & Black = Samsung
Plastic piece = Hitachi
