Hi,

I just put in a new laser in my benq drive, hooked it all up and now all it does is the laser does not turn on and every time I eject the drive the motor brings the laser back twice....How do I fix this or am I doing something wrong

Did you remove the ball of solder bridging two points on the new laser? This protects it from static while shipping.
