Hi,
I have just fixed a 360 with RROD, flashed the drive adnd test it.

1. DVD drive sticks and takes a couple of attempts for it to open
2. it stop about 1cm from fully opening and if you don't pull the tray that 1cm it will close after 2 seconds.
3. if you do get a disc in within 2 seconds it will not read it
4. once you get disc in correctly it will play but, when disc is removed it is all scratched.

any Ideas how to fix any of the above please

Replace the DVD drive.
