E73 error message

hi ,i am getting a E73 error with one red light,have goggled the prob and the 2 soloutions for this seem to be the towel trick or inserting a couple of nails or something similar in the back to stop the fans causing it to overheat,both of these are temperary fixes,any ideas of a more permenent fix ?

either pay someone to do a proper reflow or if you cant afford it, do the heatgun fix (search on here for w00lys how to). Both methods you mention will f**k up your xbox (as will the heatgun fix if you dont do it right)
