I recently tried to fix an xbox that had error 0102 by using a griddle and heatgun to try and reflow. After doing the whole reflow and letting it cool attempt, I turned it on and after about 30 secs it gave me rrod error 0020 0023 or 0022 cant remember. I tried the reflow again, and now I get 0021 as soon as I power it up. I know it means that there is a short or loss of connection in gpu or southbridge, but I'm not so sure that is my case because I may have gotten it too hot on second attempt trying to make sure that the solder melted, I didn't stay in one spot and only concentrated on ram cpu gpu hana and southbridge for about 5 mins with heatgun on high approximately 1000 degrees. There was four capacitors that had bulged up in front of gpu, I replaced those with some that I took from another motherboard. Just not sure if there is something else I could have damaged like the very small capacitors and resitors. I seen on another site that someone did a reflow and one of the smaller capacitors became unsoldered and was a simple fix. I'm just trying to hopefully get some advice from someone who has been here and knows what to look for. I would just give up on it if it wasn't already jtagged.
