i tryed everything to install portio64 on my win7 operating system and did not install

i disabled uac
i started DSEO in admin first and put it into test mode, then rebooted my PC selected "sign a system file" and entered portio64.sys

also tryed
command prompt as administrator, ran this command:
bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON


i right click jungleflasher and select open as admin
i get this msg when i open up jungleflasher

cant install portio64 driver!
press F8 at boot to 'disable driver signature enforcement'
or test sign the driver to run in 'Test Mode'

and also
windows requires a digitally signed driver
a recently installed program tried to install an unsigned driver...
uninstall the program or device that uses this driver and check the publishers support to get a digitally signed driver

driver: unknown program
service: portio64
publisher: unknown publisher
location: C:\...

i've also tryed the F8 at boot, it just disables my keyboard


is there any other possible way for me to install the portio64 driver?
ive been strugling with this problem for a long time!

It seems to be working for most people, one guy did mention that his version of avg created a conflict.

try this... run services.msi and stop "Cryptographic Services". Without that service there shouldn't be any driver signature enforcement.

im using a dell computer
is this a problem only with dell computers?
