error message carnt read media??

hi i doaloaded and burned call of duty modern warfare and when i put it into my xbox360 i got a message carnt read media?can people help on this and could somebody do me a step by step guide to how get my downloaded games onto my dual layer dvds i download them from demoind.com ans iso.org and occasionally torrent finder.co.uk and use winrar and utorrent thank you in advance.

Once you have unrar'd your game, you should be left with a gamename.ISO file (and maybe a gamename.dvd file), you then need to run this through ABGX to make sure it "Looks" OK. See here for a tutorial on this part

You will then need to burn the .DVD file ABGX created / fixed with imgburn (make sure you have the .iso file in the same folder). Follow This Guide for instructions.
