error reading device in iprep

when im in the boot command when i try reading the key, it gives me a error msg saying unknown drive, inquiry not found, identify and key not found
everything is connected propley

could my ck3 pro be defected?

You have to disable driver signature enforcement. It explains how in the jungleflasher tutorial(page 223, jftut1.4.1b). But someone posted about an easier method on the jf forum check it out.
