esata/usb enclosure compatiblity

I'm currently looking for a esata/usb enclosure that will work with a jtag box. Instead of transferring games to xbox via FTP, i want to be able to transfer them via esata to the enclosure or docking station. I attempted to use my Vantec docking station but it doesn't work. My Rosewill usb only enclosure works well. FTP is too slow for me. There is very little information on the net.
