As always with a new version of FreeBoot, SneakyPeanut releases a new version of his tool Easy FreeBoot to add support for the new kernel. This time around it's a completely new application coded from the ground up to make creation of images even simpler.
This new application goes by the name Exploit 360 and is a creation tool for both images for JTAGed Xbox 360s AND consoles exploited using the new Reset Glitch by GliGli. This program was designed to be as simple to use as possible but still have advanced features, such as the built in SMC configuration editor.

so this allows all 360s to be jtagged? :/ eh nm jus read the no dash access thing..

Depends on how you look at it. I don't know what the hell JTAG stands for, other than this definition here. I'm assuming the Xbox 360 JTAG procedure is related to this definition somehow.
I could be wrong but the Reset Glitch Exploit seems to me to be a whole other way of accomplishing what the JTAG hack does.
So to answer yopur question, the RGE doesn't allow you to JTAG your system, it simply allows the same thing a JTAG'd system does, which is to allow unofficial/unsigned code to run on it. Such as Xell, Dashboards, Emulators, Media Players (Hopefully one day Xbox Media Center), Game Modding, Trainers, etc, etc, etc.

So is the new glitch all up and running fully now? Would I be able ti use this program along with a glitch tutorial to mod my xbox slim and play my backups off the hard drive with no disk?

why only a matter of time, all this does is the cmd line entries that it would take to read the nand and compare them and if they match write xellous.

You're being very condescending there, I did read the thread you posted and it does not "clearly" say anything about dashboard. You actually have to visit that other website that you have linked to to get that extra information.
So all this is is a GUI of nandpro?

Yeah pothsprojects.com is a good site as well. Elite has some great members. Jpizzle and Wash are the Jtag kings :)

so bottom line, we can run unsigned code with the new hack, but is there actually any unsigned code out there that we can use? I'm a little confused about this since its still pretty new, basically I'm asking what all can actually be done with the new hack as of now?

You can only load xell with it so far, this does mean you can get the CPU key to retrive you DVD key from your NAND dump.

you can also load Linux or any of the libXenon Homebrew like the PSX Emu or n64.
