I have the drive formatted fat32 and I can put music on it but in the xbox its recognized as "usb1: not "hdd1" and when I add copy and paste the xexmenu from my memory stick it does'nt show up in my game library I bought the system new already jtagged.

Are you using a USB HDD or Sata HDD?

If it is USB it should show as USB1. Only Sata HDD will show as hdd1.
