Fable 3 and the new copy protection?

I'm a bit confused, as I keep reading Fable 3 has the new copy protection, but when I run it through the new abgx it doesn't show this, though the new Need for Speed and Assassins Creed both do. Is there something wrong with my copy of Fable or something else going on?

its cause fable 3 doesn't have the new update on disc and the newer games do have it. fable 3 is an odd case
