so my 3.3v normal fan is not working and i dont want to do the 12v mod because it is too loud, any suggestions

ok i meant the power source that is 3.3v is not working, the fan works fine

You could either solder them on direct to the board as per ...

yea i was thinking that but for some reason my soldering skills or my solder suck and hence the reason my fans arent working because after like 5 months the solder i did broke. but ok thanks for the help
