Firmware appears to be flashed on drive, but is not HELP!

Hello anyone, I have been modding 360 drives of all types for 2 years now, but I have now encountered a problem that I have never seen before. I can dump extract any key off any drive. when I flash it with the firmware the reports come back like normal, "flashed successfully". but when a game is loaded it displays the white xbox 360 screen. I have a brand new Via VT6421 card that replaced my old on thinking it could be that, I have a brand new Maximus xtractor pro chip set, thinking it was that, but wasn't either. the last mod I did was on a lite on 93450C and it was successful & out of nowhere it's doing this now. Can someone please help me with any suggestions. I'm hoping someone has had this problem and figured out a solution. I also uninstalled via card info and reinstalled and uninstalled port I/O and reinstalled it. I'm out of ideas! THANK YOU HELP!
