So I'm running 1.6FW, and am curious if i flash back to original Benq FW do I run the chance of getting banned if i run an actual retail copy of a game. If i do have a chance of getting banned, I'm wondering how since it's the original FW???
Flashing back to original firmware won't cause you to get banned, but it won't prevent you from getting banned if that were coming down the pipe anyway.
Let's say your console has iXtreme in it right now, and has been flagged for the next ban wave. Even if you revert back to original firmware, the console is still flagged and will be banned on that next wave.

True, but i only recently flashed it to 1.6, have stayed offline (which was when i flashed it), and have not gone back on live yet with it. As far as Microsoft knows, I'm still running original FW, casue i have not been on live with 1.6 yet.
sooo is it safe to say that as long as your unplugged from live with what ever FW you have, just as long as you flash back to original FW before you go back online your good?
...as long as you were running original FW before. .whew.
