I have a XBOX 360 that has been flashed for a while now and I have a simple question. My 360 was "Banned" from XBOX Live well over a year ago and I was wondering if being "Banned" stops your system from going online all together or just for certain things? What I am getting at is this.......At this point, would I be able to get on Live to purchase DLC and things of that nature and be "Banned" from playing said game on Live or does the ban totally stop my system from getting on Live at all? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
If your 360 is banned from Live then you can't connect to Xbox Live at all, so no online gaming, no dashboard updates, no title updates, no DLC, no XBLA games etc.

I actually have a banned system too, is there a place to download game updates? Im gonna go back to play New Vegas but need the patches that came out for it.
