Well if you did not make a backup then you are totally screwed accept for one thing and this is good. You can go to xbox.com and request a repair for the console and just say it has 3 rrod and you can print out a ups shipping label and ship it to MS for free and they will fix it for free and I know because I erased a drive myself an sent it to MS and they fixed it and sent it back all withing 2 weeks. Just make sure that it has a seal on it before you send it back and if you need a seal go to ebay or you can leave me a message here and I will reply. If your unit is a 2007 1/2 or newer you can put the new white and green MS seal on it but if it is older than that you will need the silver seal. Good Luck and I know they will fix it for you. Oh and you will have to register it on xbox.com as well before you can ship it to them and do not forget the MS seal or you will be screwed. I have sent 4 to them all with iextreme firmware and one with an erased drive.

sad face :(
i think if i can't fix it i would rather buy a new 360 drive online
right now i'm repeating the entire process again (dumping, then dosflash)
if that doesn't work, i'm gonna use the same files that I used to flash a different 360 (success), but it was a different dump, not sure if that will work

I KNOW WHAT I DID WRONG
when i spoofed to target, i forgot to save the firmware.

I used a base ixtreme1.6 and uploaded that.
is there a way i could use the dummy.bin, etc. to make the lite_cfw?

You should just be able to load dummy.bin as source and lite-on 1.6 as target and click spoof source to target.

Stickers do not matter. I always use the paper sticker on any box with no issues. Also, it does matter if you send it in for a drive issue and say it has 3RROD, they will reject it in most cases if it comes in for a different error that you say.

I have no idea why you would say this because every console I have sent in I have said they were rrod and only 1 of 4 was and every single console was repaired and then returned to me. I even sent in a console with a drive that was erased and said it was rrod so I honestly do not think this is an issue with MS when they receive it. The look more at no stickers or cases that are terribly noticable from ameturs attempting to open them.

I was just stating the sticker info because this is what I was told by an ebay member that sells them so I am sure you are right about the stickers.

You may be lucky. Like I said, depends on the tech you get.
