Flashed to 9199 - Now my 360 won't power on.

Hoping that someone can help...


I just flashed my 360 to 9199 (from 8955). Everything appeared to update correctly in Xell. When I power cycled after the flash, my 360 would not turn on.

I tried unplugging and replugging the power and av cords. Nothing. (FYI: The Power Supply light is orange.)

I hit the Power button, Eject button, and controller. Nothing.

I don't even get LED's... it's like the 360 is completely dead.


Any thoughts or suggestions would be a huge help.

So... everything I've read and heard makes this sound like a bad NAND update. Everyone's pointing me to re-flash (with the LPT cable).

Sounds like it's going to be a long night...
