My xbox disk drive broke, i replaced it, it only plays cd & dvds, no games. how do i fix that? I heard it was a hack/mod but if i'm going to do that, i want to go all out with it. So give me the sweet hook ups :P

I have 2 xboxs and 2 gamertags so one will be modded and the other not.

And making it idiot proof would be cool.

You haven't stated much about your drives... whether or not they're both the same model, if they're the new liteons... or much that would be of help.
