Flashing an xbox 360

Hello guys, i m a complete stranger to this subject(flashing thingy), so i need help
let me start my story!!!
when dinosaurs roamed the earth i bought my xbox360 elite (in July 2010), its a pal region console.I got my console flashed from a dude!!! he did it well, i ve been plying back up games and using live for sometime nw.(no prblms)
But when i updated to the kinect dash (ohhh kill me)and tried NFS Hot Pusuit it didnt work!!!(Because of the AP2.5 thingy).I need to play that game so badly... so can anyone help me plsssss......

just go back to the dude and have lt+ put on, did he give you your dvd key?

dude is 4000 miles away!!!! i m trying to do it myself
no he didnt gv a cd key

thats not your problem, you need to get the key out of the drive you have, what gear have you got to do the flashing and reading?

actually i m plannig to gv it to a "another dude"
he is not a flashing person but he is a computer expert will he able to do it???

requires hardware to, look at team xecuter to see whats needed
and do some reading up

Does the xbox need to be flashed or altered to play stealth patched downloaded games?
