Flashing Benq drive 1.4 to 1.6ixtreme(confusions)

guyz i m finally preparing to flash my benq drive from ixtreme1.4 to 1.6 but just hav some confusions to clear up first:

i hav intel DG31GL board nd has two onboard SATA ports are they compaitable with xbox 360 drive?

secondly. . . . dis iz my first time nd 1.4 was updated by paying $30 last year so do need any original firmware or any other thing to get started

can i flash 1.4 to 1.6ixtreme (i noe we can) but do u recommend me to first get it to 1.51 then to 1.6?

nd wat iz a stock drive as said in leerage guide?
any help would be appreciable!!

Firstly, replacing s's with z's is apparently awesome.

Try the SATA ports... if they work, there ya go, if not... same answer.

benq's do not need the original firmware to update

you can flash directly from 1.4-1.6

without looking at the guide, i would imagine "stock drive" refers to stock firmware

i hope i have answered your "questionz"

nd onemore thing i already had Rrod prob last month won't mismatching SATA port will harm my drive? :S

Nolfclvr is correct. I created the tutorial for a first time read and flash of a BenQ drive but the steps for upgrading iXtreme are identical.
