Flashing Kinect update to my Jtag

First of all I'm lazy, but I have been googling for the past couple of hours, and the lazy part is I bought this Jtag Falcon.
Now these are examples of what I am trying to do.

Both of the videos are very similar and there are hundreds of them on YouTube. Now whenever I follow these tutorials I end up with the Christmas lights[FRAGGING, Alternating red/green lights 2 on top 2 on bottom] luckily in my endeavors I know how to recover this and flash my original NAND with a Fat32 usb stick with XELL.
Now does this have to do with my KV? is it possible that my seller has done something with the nand I am not aware of. Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks!

Thats the same app I've been using, but for thoroughness, I downloaded the one based on your link, ran through the steps in your post, and ended up with the exact same results, here are the flash files (original on the left, kinect dash created with freeboot loader on the right) http://imm.io/2Qkl

Started the Tutorial, and as mentioned previously, I purchased my Jtag so this part scared me "NOTE: IF YOUR CONSOLE IS USING AUD_CLAMP WIRING USE THE aud-SMC.bin
THIS IS NOT REVERSIBLE, IF YOU USE THE WRONG ONE YOU CONSOLE WILL NOT EVEN BOOT TO XELLOUS" so before I proceed how do I know if I have AUD_CLAMP wiring

well I'll probably be devoting my Sunday to figuring this out, If I do its probably something stupid, and I will be sure to post the solution if I come across it, thanks for all the help and of course always welcome to suggestions.

when it comes to repairing the consoles,,thats me,,when comes to jtag or any other hack,,jpizzle the man,he does the jtag to all mt consoles,,im to much of a noob for this,,just dont have the time to learn,,but when im stuck,hes been there to guide me throught,enough asskissing,,boohaaa

of course its exactly as jpizzle said its the kv, now what I don't under stand is how pulling a kv off a 360's nand that is currently working just fine, but breaks under the new dashboard, also kv modder recognizes its bad...

so if I find a KV I should be good. I don't need an unbanned one, because well I don't give a crap about lobbies and live on my Jtag my legit 360 is for multiplayer, I'm in it for the homebrew, but I want the new dash.

i would send the seller an email/msg asking for the real nand dump for the console as you are having problems updating it due to him putting a banned KV on it.
however, have you tried using the 'update without writing new kv' option with flash360?

alright pretty sure its a Falcon,
tried your sig multiple times in multiple browsers as well as googling the error I am receiving "Startup error : java.lang.Error: Unable to load interface pixx: java.lang.SecurityException: trusted loader attempted to load sandboxed resource from"
...
then the msg cuts off

So I have tried the NAND you have provided me with and now have flashed 2 different ways, 1. flash360 keeping the current kv 2. flash360 using the kv on your(Jpizzle) nand.
Results
1. no different than all of my attempts
2. the fan speed was greatly increased(scared me at first), but still had Christmas Lights :-(

I used the above tutorial yesterday and it worked fine for me
I realise that this doesnt help, but im telling you so that you know the guide does work and the problem is elswhere

more information is always good, I really believe it lies with the KV, that appears to be the issue with most Christmas Lights situation. Its just so weird that the NXE dash runs perfectly fine, but Kinect Dash won't. Jpizzle has provided me with a few NANDS that have different KV's preloaded into them, still a no go. At this point I'm not sure what I need to do... and Jpizzle you've been helping a lot, I probably won't be able to work on this much for the next couple of weeks as well, I have to cancel my internet since I am moving, but I should be back online around the 20th.
this reminds me to ask, is all these flashes bad for my xbox? and do you pop efuses(recently watched fail0verflow's powerpoint on the ps3 and they mentioned 360's efuses so it sparked some concern) when you flash, or is that only part of official Microsoft Dashboard updates.
