flashing liteon back to stock with LT switch?

hey guys as the title states, im wanting to flash my liteon 7 series with LT switch back to stock to accept the new update. the JF tut(1.3.5)says to load my dummy.bin as source but all i have for files are:key, cfw,and 6 diff. ofw's. can anyone steer me in the right direction, as i have little liteon experience. thanks

ok, so i found this:
"Open your lite-CFW.bin which is your official firmware with your keys etc as target and flash it to the drive as per tutorials.

OR if you dont have your lite-CFW.bin

Dump your drives firmware again then,
Load the stock firmware as target as shown but also load your dummy.bin (just dumped).

Click no to the auto load ixtreme firmware.

Now you have your dummy loaded and the stock firmware also loaded.

Click spoof source to target.

And flash that liteon back to stock."
it just says "as per tutorials" without any description, but would i open my CFW as target and my OFW as source?
