when connecting your 360 to your pc do you connect the sata from the dvd to the computer or the motherboard to the computer?

Connect DVD to PC (it's the DVD drive that you're flashing).

They do the same thing. iPrep runs in DOS, Jungle Flasher runs in Windows.
