Flashing to lt+ help please

Ok so it looks like I need to upgrade to lt+,
now I have iextreme 1.61 and a lite on drive 16D2S,and dashboard 2.0.8995.0 I got it done by someone else so I have no info or key whatever u call it.
So this my first attempt of flashing,
So my question is
1. What tools or software do I need and where I can get them.
2. A step by step tutorial on how to do it
Also I'm hoping it is easy to do cause my xbox has iextreme on it already ?

it will cost you around $100 to buy the tools to do this. if your gonna just be doing this drive then you ll be better off just paying a guy $30 to do this for you. look for someone in your area to do it.there are plenty of people out there to help you :)
