Flashing TS-H943 With JungleFlasher

Hi im trying to flash my TS-H943 [ms28]

I have an On Board - [Intel ICH9/ICH8/ICH7 Chipset]
Running - Windows 7 64bit QuadCore
Using - JungleFlasher [newest]

Is this compatible...

JF [jungleflasher] Says: ''No Components Found During Enumeration''

Does this mean my SATA controller is not compatible with the process
someone said it was the 64bit Operating system but th JF tutorial says x86 and x64..

If i need a new Via Chip can you recommend one please...

Please help and i can provide more information if needed
