hi
i have a advent 9517 laptop and was just wondering if there is anyway of flashing my benq drive of my xbox360 using it.i dont think it has an pcmia slot but has a express card slot.is there any usb to sata or express card to sata devices out there that can do to job and are there any good tutorials

Yes you can flash a dvd drive with a laptop...provided your laptop has a PCMIA port..
You will need to buy an PCMIA VIA card with VIA VT6421 Chipset to do this.

No PC doesn't impress me at all. When they find a way to do it with no Xbox360, then I'll be impressed.

Better yet, when they come up with a way to flash the Xbox 360 with no PC, no Xbox 360, and no flashing tool, then and only then will I flash it.
