Dont wanna get a desktop just to flash the drives, so I have 2 solutions:

1>
Rosewill RC-608 ExpressCard to CardBus Adapter
SATA Serial ATA 2 Port CardBus PCMCIA PC Card

2>
USB to PCI adapter

which do you recommend? and do they do all drives including Lite-on?
