Flashed a Samsung ms28 with Jungleflasher Samsung iXtreme LT 1.0 and now weather I played back ups or originals, after a few mins it freezes. No issues before I flashed.
This unit has had the X-clamps removed Heatgun method to repair RROD, 12v fan mod, 12v intake fan added(all the fans powered from 12v point connection on power supply) New Heat Sinks with artic Silver 5 applied.
anyone have any Ideas?

Does the disk start? You see the game loading, then it freezes? If this is the issue, sounds like overheating. Be sure fan is plugged in and working.

Does it freeze up if you stay on the dash -- without playing the game?

Also, when playing and it freezes, do you feel air coming out of the back, or hear the fan?

This issue has nothing to do with your flashing of the drive, it is something hardware related. I have an xbox that I spent a little time trying to fix that would do something similar to this. Would freeze with a checkerboard pattern on screen. Never did get it fixed, but might be able to direct you on what to look for. When I got mine it was rrod with error 102, which 102 error is said to be unclear and a possibility of a few things mainly memory, or gpu. Most likely it is cracked solder joint under gpu, and will need to be reflowed or reballed. You said you have tried heatgun method wouldn't really suggest doing it that way, but of course not everyone including me has 1,000+ dollars to spend on a reflowing station. So you can either try doing it with heatgun again or let someone else do it. Sounds crazy but what probably happened is when you opened your case to reflash drive, you disturbed gpu, and now when it heats up the board moves and loses connection. You might get lucky and just be able to adjust tension on clamps and it start working again, not sure but good luck with it.

Oh, and just in case it is a heating issue then you would get 2 flashing red lights, but this doesn't sound like the case, since you have fans modded.
