I flashed my 360 about 2 months ago(Benq), I have had no problems at all then all of the sudden today, it started freezing at random points during games and once when I ejected the tray. I also received the RROD, but after a reset it went away. What could cause this? Any help would be great, I just want to make sure that flashing it wouldnt have done this.

Thank you for your reply. I will consider the reflow, but just curious to know if flashing it would have anything to do with the recent problems? Thanks

Flashing has nothing to do with it. That is a motherboard issue. Sometimes opening the case can put stress on the motherboard solder if you're not careful when opening.

wrong. You do not get a red light if you have the DVD unplugged. It flashes green and keeps flashing. BAD firmware can cause a E65 error.

Dude, I know what you are going through with the freezeing problems and the one red ring. There are a few guides out there that have been fixing this problem for years now. Here is a site I found that has the top xbox 360 Ring Of Death Repair guides http://tinyurl.com/yhchlg8 go check it out if your interested.

I've repaired my xbox with James Deans guide before and it works. I think I repaired my xbox in about 2 hours. It's easy.

Thanks man and hope you can fix your Xbox soon

James
