Let's say you play an X game without the DLC's. You got some achievements and stuff.

Then you play the same game, but it's a Game Of The Year edition with all the DLC's. Does it count as a different game in matter of achievements? Or do you keep they?

I seriously doubt it. It probably will add to the gamerscore's overall target mark. Instead of you having 650/1000 points, it'll more than likely change it to 650/1250 or 650/1400 or whatever the new total achievement mark is.

it doesnt matter if its a GOTY edition disc, or regular disc. actually, it doesnt matter if its a GOTY game or a non GOTY game. look at halo3, with all the stupid achievements for the DLC the final score is 1750. i only have one map pack and it shows i have like 850/1700. same with COD WaW, and madden 10.
