I changed my gamertag and now I cant sign into xbox live so I tried recoverying my gamertag and I get this message "xbox live signup is currently unavailable." Has anyone ran into this problem and can anyone help me.

I contacted microsoft and they told me to turn my xbox off and turn it on again and that should fix it. Wrong it did nothing.

I still think your best port of call is Microsoft, they should be able to talk you through the steps to get it working.

When you say you changed your gamertag do you mean just changing the name that displays or the whole thing?
