Has anyone ran into or heard of any compatibility issues with LT 1.91 and any XGD3 games? Gears 3 will be my first XGD3 game so i was just wondering. I know original games aren't "Suppose" to be effected, but since theses are so new i wasn't sure.
There was one guy on here that had an issue with his console getting the RROD whenever he tried to play an XGD3 game, but he discovered that the reason for that is that his drive was spoofed. You should be fine, assuming your drive isn't spoofed as well.

OMG. You really just didn't ask this question. No XGD3 games boot until LT 2.0. Come on dude. Or do you mean retail?
yea that post is what made me think about it, but i couldn't find it anymore. Not saying there bad games, but the XGD3 games that are out probably didn't get the most exposure like Gears will have. everything seems real quite on the XGD3 front, besides the random rips that are showing up.

I read somewhere that those rips were created using a program called XGDRip and that they're missing a lot of security data, so they'll basically be useless. They're too big to fit on DVD+R DL discs anyway.
My copy of Gears 3 was posted out on Friday last week, but it still hasn't turned up yet. Hopefully it'll show up tomorrow for release day.
