OK hi, firstly, thx in advance for any help.

I was Flashing like usual using CK3 + Probe, which i have done successfully a few times, but i was using a new probe and i accidentally drop the probe and two contacts on the probe touched against my pc case, now my Lite wont eject and cant get it to show again on jungleflasher, i hadnt read the key and certainly hadnt erased the drive but its acting like it is erased.

my question is can i still obtain the key somehow so i can use a replacement drive?

when i was flashing all i had done was attempt to read the key ( and fogot to put the dvd tray half open ) as i was aout to open the drive i dropped the probe and the contacts touched the pc case, which fried my probe, but h eliteon recieves power still na dred laser lights up, but nothing else works on it.

any help be much apreciated.

If you shorted something out on the drive, its more than likely not fixable. Did any sparks shoot out and or any burn marks?

No Sparks, No Smoke, Just stopped working when the probes contacts were touched, in fact the probe broke and just lit green constantly got a new probe and the new probe works like it should on the drive, i just cant understand what happened to the drive itself? and also when i now connect my CK3 and Probe to the Drive, it loses power very quickly thought it was my PSU at first but tried another Drive and it works fine?

I believe there is a small amount of voltage going through the probe. Not for sure what it would do if it hit something else besides the R707 hole. I know I've read before definitely not let it touch the PC case.
