Hi all.. I was wondering, is it possible to get GTA The Lost and Damned from somewhere else apart from xbox live? And burn it, similar to burning an xbox 360 back-up.

Ermm..would this work?

Thanks all! d(-_-)b

You could just wait for the game of the year edition. after they release the next batches of dlc for the game they'll re-release it with all the expansions. tho it could be another year before you see it.

If you dished out for the 360 (and probably xbox live), you can spend the 2000 gamer points (or whatever it is) on Lost and the Damned, you know. It's not the end of the world to sometimes spend money on games that you really want, especially reasonably-priced DLC.

The Lost & The Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony are coming out on disc, and you won't need a copy of GTAIV to play them either. If you want more info, just Google for "Grand Theft Auto: Episodes From Liberty City".

Thank you all for your replies.. if I did get this from another source, so I would still need the original GTA 4 which I dont have, in order to play The Lost and Damned? Also I dont use xbox live so im trying to find an alternative..

I googled around and found you can pre-order GTA Episodes Liberty City from Amazon.

Amazon pre-order link

Ermm.. I gues am going to have to wait.. which I dont really want to do..

Hmmmm..

Yes, you need your orignal GTA IV or a backup of it to play the expansions.

Not if he waits for that Episodes From Liberty City disc, because it doesn't require the full game.
