Ok, essentially I'm trying to get Surreal64 working on my jtag. In order to do that, I understand I need to have the hacked Xbox emulator on my HDDx partition (correct so far?)
Now, I have only ever transferred via USB. I attempted to FTP using FlashFXP but it didn't work out so well. Therefore, my questions are as follows:
1) Can I transfer the emulator files to the HDD using the copy & paste in XexMenu?
2) When I go into that partition, it says there is nothing there. Am I simply in the wrong spot? I know I am supposed to replace what is there with the hacked files.
3) After I successfully figure out how to get this thing on my 360, will I be able to launch Surreal64, or do I also need the modified Avalaunch disk?
If anyone can help me out or perhaps give me a walkthrough of how to get where I'm trying to go, I would VERY much appreciate it.
Also... 4) Does anyone know if there is an N64 emulator in development, perhaps from the group who did snes360? I'm dying to get some more emulators going.
Hi, I asked the same thing twice before hand and I just plain don't think that Surreal 64 works. I have tried so many different methods and none work. Although it is bootable through XEXMENU 1.1 it does not load roms. I think this is due to it is not allowed to open other XBE's and the Emulators themselves are stored in seperate XBE's. Also you will not need the modded Avalaunch disc to boot XBE's and the hacked Xbox 1 Emulator works great for playing Xbox 1 games. As for you not being able to find the files in the HDDX partition perhaps you deleted them accidently. If you don't think you did this maybe open up your drive with Xplorer360 and see if it can locate the files. This is probably a dumb question but do you have the Xbox 360 HDD attached to th top? If not this would explain the lack of the Xbox 1 Emulator. If anyone has got Surreal 64 working please let us know how. I myself am doubtful anyone has.

PS I don't think anyone is developing a N64 Emulator for the 360. : (
I haven't got Xplorer 360, but I will check via FTP to see if the files are there. In any event, I should just transfer the hacked emulator onto the partition and everything should be fine? Will I then be able to play xbox 1 games off USB?
Bummer that roms won't load on surreal64, I was really hoping to play some Zelda and stuff... maybe if I wait patiently enough something will come along.
Hopefuly something will come along soon cause I wnated to play Mario Kart and Conkers Bad Furday but I too will wait. If you want to copy them in their they go under the folder Compatibility.
I don't think anyone can get past this point. I think the people who say I got it working just booted it didn't put any roms in and freaked out saying it worked.
