Halo ODST Multiplayer Disc

Whenver someone puts a backup 360 game into a console it says "play dvd" on the main menu. If you press play it will go to the 360 image.

The Halo ODST Multiplayer disc is the only backup that does not do this. When inserted into an unmodded 360 it says the same thing a 360 original disc would in a computer. "To play please put in an xbox 360".

I found this odd because this is the only game that does this. He was banned this last (CURRENT) banwave and he only ever played his 1.61 system with Madden 10.

I wanted to play ODST so we took it online. 2 days later he was banned. Do you think this is just a coincidence? I really have no idea. I just thought this was rather odd.
