Have i completely ruined my xbox360?

Hi guys,

My xbox360 started showing artifacts when playing and then there was no picture at all. I decided to do the x-clamp fix and it worked. After a few weeks, it developed the same problem and i redone the x-clamp fix (re-applied thermal cream and adjusted the screw tightness). The picture was fixed but the artifacts were not going. I decided to do a heat gun fix as shown on a few youtube tutorials. After i heatgunned the board near the GPU, the console only poweres on for half a second and then the power shuts off showing 3 red lights.
I have completey ruined it? Is there anyway i can bring it back to life?

It was a random one on ebay i cant remember which one it was. I put foil and heated it near the GPU and from underneath the board. Should i redo it with the heatgun or would it only make it worse?

Probably should have applied some flux to the GPU. What secondary error are you getting?

how do you apply flux to the GPU? I'm not sure how to find out what errors i have. Could you please advise on how this can be done?
