Hi Folks,

I have not connected to Xbox Live since the ban wave but I think it is fair to assume I will be banned also.

On other forums people say that once you are banned you loose the ability to back up games to the HD?

Is this the case?

If it is, I'm assuming I am better off not connecting to Live again if I wish to keep using this console?

So much info out there on this it is hard to take it all in.
