Just checking but am i good to play new madden? i haven't had to update firmware for long time because i have old Hitachi. think its a 78 but i cant remember exactly because i have not needed to update it ever. Buddy was just saying this new one may screw drive up so figured i would do some looking and asking.

If anyone knows please let me know, i always have problems finding info on my drive since no one every has it.

Well considering the game isn't even out yet, what do you think? Always wait on abgx if you play online and patch to SSV2

If you're running an older dashboard version on your 360, if you update the dash via a wave 12 or 13 game then it will flash your DVD drive back to stock, which may also cause problems as your drive is flashed. What you need to do is: -

1. Flash back to stock
2. Update the dashboard to the latest version
3. Flash to the latest LT+, which is 1.91 at the time of writing this
4. If you have backups of any of the 6 games affected by AP2.5, run them through abgx360

Step 4 is vital, cos if you have games affected by AP2.5 and they're not patched with the latest AP2.5 data, if you attempt to boot one on your console it will immediately be flagged for failing an AP2.5 challenge.
